Tour Itinerary:

Please be aware that tour itineraries may be subject to change due to tidal and weather conditions. Our experienced tour operators may adjust the schedule to ensure your safety and comfort during the trip.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations can only be made up to 7 days before the scheduled tour date. If you cancel within this 7-day window, no refund will be issued. However, in the event of adverse weather conditions or any situation preventing the boat from reaching its destination (e.g., a storm), we will refund your payment in full.

In the rare event that the tour is canceled by the tour operator for any reason, you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule for an alternative date at no additional cost.

To confirm your reservation: A 50% deposit is required and must be paid online. The remaining 50% for the tour needs to be paid before boarding on the tour day itself.

No-show or Early Departure:

In the event that you fail to participate in any booked tour, arrive late, or depart early, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Limitation of Liability:

The tour operator is not liable for any death, illness, injury, loss of property, accident, theft, or negligence caused to any participant during the tour. Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being throughout the excursion.

Participant Requirements:

The King Catamaran and Snorkeling Tour is suitable for children aged 6 years and above. However, it is not recommended for disabled persons, individuals with heart conditions, lung disease, or those who are afraid of water.

Before embarking on the tour, please remember to bring swimwear, sunscreen lotion, and towels.
